Concept Design Proposal. Focusing on making the concept ,,I work – I Live’’ more efficient, we reorganized the proposal for your plot, by keeping in mind the urbanism regulations. Pointing the most important and relevant facts of the plot by creating a unitary ensemble but still individualizing the volumes and assigning them with different functions. The goal of this project is to make use of the stunning view that the lake is giving, connecting the site with the city and separating the functions. In order to maintain the urban planning rules, the volumes are kept in the regulated position and their architecture is fragmented from the facade layer. We have used green area to connect Housing volumes and private alleys to generate a relationship through the plot.
